i'm when we reach this point, many other organizations would want a new derivative of RISC-V in either free as in public-domain (unlicensed) or Copyleft (aka GPL).<br />
Just like when there was UNIX back in the day, then the FOSS Unix-like operating systems emerged (BSD, Linux, Minix, etc..).</p>
