            <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>All roads lead to Arch and rolling release distros, since most people would prefer a bleeding edge system on their PC rather than an outdated "stable" one.<br />
However, i believe that Arch Linux isn't always the perfect distribution, yet it could be as long as the user can and wants to make it perfect.<br />
BTW, Flatpak is a package management system not a Linux distribution.</p>
